The annual Street Choirs Festival has a rich legacy of support from amazing teams of local volunteers whose commitment makes the event possible.
We’re expecting to carry on this legacy with our cheerful team of some 70 volunteers who have signed up from the three host choirs (some volunteers are members of all three!) who will be assigned tasks imminently (as of 21st May the complex job of reconciling times and dates of volunteer availability with useful slots, has been completed and notices will be in volunteers’ mailboxes very soon). A Stewards/Volunteers handbook is also nearing completion, and a special briefing event is being organised so that volunteers will understand what’s expected of them.
This information will be served in a special Stewards/Volunteers Private Site, which is accessible by password only.
We expect to be prepared to welcome the host of participating choirs and their members from 2pm (for camping setup only) and at the Registration Tables from 4pm on Friday afternoon the 12th of June!
