Choir Registration –

Choirs will be sent the application form by email during November. We hope that this form will minimise administration chores, as the Submit button should send all the information we need (and that each choir coordinator will have filled in) directly to our growing spreadsheet on our GoogleDrive. There will be a deadline for choir applications of mid-January, 2026. Especially because our concert singing slots will be limited (as at Easterbrook Hall with a maximum capacity of 800), we will greatly appreciate early responses.

Please can you also send us high resolution photos (.jpg) of your choir and banner (if you have one), for publicity purposes, to our webmaster in the first instance (larry.winger@btinternet.com).

We will seek to make real-person acknowledgement of your choir application, and after the deadline for application, we will expect to confirm your choir registration as soon as possible (target 1st February). We’ll ask then for the choir please to make payment to the bank account details we’ll provide.

Individual Participants and Choir Members – Registration will open mid-February, 2026

Sunday Workshops.

We’re working on a collection of workshops, which we hope to present at the same time as the Registration for Individuals and Choir Members opens. We’ll aim to include the opportunity to choose workshops within the Snappy Tickets platform.

Programme

This Street Choirs Festival 2026 is a continuing work-in-progress, and we’ll upload links to the full weekend programme much closer to the actual weekend, when we’ll have sent the programme to the printers.


Pay It Forward

As in previous festivals, we hope you will want to spread the joy of our festival with those facing financial difficulties who might not be able to attend otherwise. If your choir would like to donate, we’ll include a tick box on the registration form and space to identify the amount donated forward on the registration form.
