Individual Registration for Participating Choir Members is now open.
Please note that, due to restricted space at our main venue, only members who belong to a choir that is already registered for the Dumfries Festival are permitted to sign up for an individual ticket.
Your choir organiser will circulate an introductory letter and it is advisable to read (we hope you will have read!) that and/or the notes below before following the link to the Snappy Tickets Registration Form:
We’ve now opened the SnappyTickets registration portal, and there are a few introductory comments to follow that will make everyone’s experience of registering and paying that much more convenient.
Before you begin, we’d like to alert you to an important timing issue on Ticket Confirmation, depending on how you pay:
Payment on Snappy Tickets
When you check out on the basket page of Snappy Tickets, you will be given the option to pay either by card or by bank transfer. Card payments are acknowledged and confirmed immediately. If you pay by bank transfer (BACS) the bank details for payment will be included in your acknowledgement email but please note that your order is not completed until we have checked that the correct payment has been received. This will usually take about a day but can take up to five days to allow our Treasurer a short break.
Additionally, because the process is not entirely intuitive, we offer the following instructions, which you will find repeated on the SnappyTickets portal:
How to Complete the Form
This is a dynamic, iterative form. To start the process, please enter the number of tickets you require from the drop-down menu in the Weekend Ticket section. A number other than 0 (zero) will elicit a dynamic response from the Snappy Tickets website, which you can follow along, entering appropriate details. Similar dynamism occurs with each section.
Please choose your choir from the drop down list. Registration is limited to those who are associated with a choir that has registered for the Dumfries Street Choirs Festival 2026.
You may complete the form more than once (i.e register on one form and add options for T shirts, camping and lunches later but it will make our admin easier if you do it in one go. You can order for multiple people on one form, but each name must be added, so that we can provide a welcome bag for every registrant.
Day Tickets: If you are only attending for one day, please choose the lower price band of £30.
T shirt sizes: 200g 100% cotton : Small 34”/36”, Medium 38”/40”, Large 42”/44”. XL 46”/48”, XXL 50”/52”, XXXL 54”/56”,4XL 58”/60” ,5XL 62”/64” Please note that T-shirts are pre-order only and orders will close on the 1st of May, to allow time for the printing/production of the shirts. We cannot refund for T -shirt orders after this date and cannot accept returns.
Sunday Picnic Option: The choices are Meat / Vegetarian / Vegan all with a gluten free option.
Camping: We have arranged to have a pop-up camping site at the venue for both tents and campervans. There is plenty of space and each tent / campervan will be allocated a marked area. Portaloos and waste disposal will be available. Shower facilities will be available from the venue by separate payment and arrangement. The prices charged are per person but please also indicate how many people are in each tent or campervan so we can determine how many pitches are required. The fee covers camping for Friday and Saturday night (no camping is available outside these days). The site will be stewarded from 2pm on Friday and we request that the site is cleared by 2pm on Sunday.
Workshops: Please choose one workshop option from the drop down list for 9.30 am and for 11 am. Please refer to Useful Information for Singers –>Workshops for more details on each workshop. The walking tour and song writing workshop have limited spaces so please book early.
Home Stay: We have received indication that there are several requests for home stay. If you would like to explore this option, please first register for the weekend on this form and then contact us on dumfriesstreetchoirs2026@gmail.com and we will provide you with a personal details form for completion. We will then do our utmost to match you with a Home Stay volunteer but we cannot guarantee that we will have enough accommodation and priority will be given on a first come/first served basis. In the event of it not being possible to match you with a Home Stay volunteer, we will, of course, provide a full refund of fees paid.
Sunday Workshops.
We’ve collated a wonderful collection of workshops, as you will find on this StreetChoirsFestival site under the menu Useful Information for Singers, or indeed by the link in the heading above. You will have the opportunity to choose workshops within the Snappy Tickets platform, but some have restrictions on the numbers, and those options will close when that space is filled.

This Street Choirs Festival 2026 is a continuing work-in-progress, and we’ll upload links to the full weekend programme much closer to the actual weekend, when we’ll have sent the programme to the printers.
